Dental Care for Children

At 23 Dental, our dental care for children centres on education, empowerment, and prevention.

We know how important the early years can be when it comes to creating a lifetime of good oral health, which is why we recommend regular dental examinations for our youngest patients from either the age of one, or from when their first tooth erupts.

We want to educate and empower our younger patients to feel confident in their own oral care, and to help provide them with a smile they can feel proud of. This means providing them with a lifetime of good care, and helping instil good habits and routines from an early age. We’ll be able to create at-home care routines that are designed around their particular oral health needs, advise on if and when orthodontic care might be necessary, offer tips on what food and drink to avoid or cut down on for healthier teeth and gums, and provide fillings or other treatments such as fluoride or fissure treatments when needed.
